Our Story
4 Blessed Hearts was founded on the belief that no one should face life’s challenges alone. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, community services, case management, crisis intervention, and program leadership, Aliya Small created an organization where compassion leads, dignity matters, and every person is welcomed with care. That experience shapes how we serve. We listen carefully, recognize each person’s strengths, and help individuals and families connect with resources that can make a practical difference in daily life.
